Steinholding is no easy sport. According to the U.S. Steinholding Association (USSA) in their years of training, competing, judging, and organizing steinholding competitions they’ve seen incredible examples of athleticism and determination. The USSA has made it their goal to share these experiences around the world. With the 186th Oktoberfest kicking off last Thursday it’s time to dust off your steins and hoist one as high as you can for as long as you can. And then afterwards treat yourself to the beer inside! #steinsup
